482 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the 482 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 482 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 482 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 482 ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The 482 platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of 482's services, you are required to register an account using accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. All activity that occurs through your account, whether authorised or not, is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please notify the 482 support team immediately at [email protected].
482 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required verification documents may result in temporary account suspension or closure.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
- Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only
- Keeping your account information up to date
- Not sharing your account with any other party
- Complying with all applicable local laws and regulations
- Not using the platform for illegal activities or fraud
- Be responsible for all transactions carried out on your own account
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or disrupt platform systems
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in an unauthorised manner
- Conducting any form of money laundering through the platform
- Registering using a false identity or another person's information
- Communicating in a threatening or harassing manner towards other users or staff
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice, and 482 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining credit balance in accounts found to be in breach of these terms.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 482 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, Boost, and other locally available payment options, which may be updated from time to time. 482 is not responsible for any additional fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers.
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment has been confirmed by the system. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered and verified at the time of account opening.
482 reserves the right to hold or suspend any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of terms, pending the outcome of an internal investigation. Users must ensure that the registered bank account is held under the same name as their 482 account. Any name discrepancy may result in the withdrawal being rejected.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are set from time to time and may change without prior notice. Users are encouraged to check the FAQ for the latest current limit information.
5. Liability Limitations & Disclaimers
The 482 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 482 does not guarantee that the platform will operate free from interruptions, errors, or data loss at all times. Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.
482 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
In the event of a technical failure, system disruption, or disconnection during an active game session, 482 will endeavour to resolve any disputes based on available system records. 482's decision in such matters is final.
6. Account Policy, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
482 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the user's own request. Upon account closure, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete, unless there are legitimate grounds for forfeiture.

Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and visual elements on the 482 platform are the exclusive property of 482 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 482.
Third-Party Links
The 482 platform may contain references or links to third-party services. 482 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
482 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 482 platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanisms or through a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
